- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Non-refundable items: Custom-made, clearance, or used items.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at support@shopdserscount.shop within 30 days with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if damaged/defective)
- Approval & Return Instructions will be provided if eligible.
- Return Shipping: Customers cover return costs unless the item is defective/damaged.
Refund Process
- Once the return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the refund status.
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing may take 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-made, clearance, or sale items.
- Items used or damaged after delivery.
- Orders placed over 30 days ago.
Damaged or Defective Items
Report issues within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll offer a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please request a refund and place a new order.
Free Shipping Orders
If returning an order that qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
